[L2Ork-dev] Pd-L2Ork now available on flathub

Thanks for the hints.
So I will test them on one of my OSs, starting first with Pd, and will 
see how it behaves.
Then if the Flatpak outcome is positive, I will go forward with Pd-L2Ork 
and Purr Data.
