[L2Ork-dev] Purr Data Ubuntu 17.10

Hi Antoine,

yeah, that's because pd-l2ork doesn't build on 17.04 and later any more.
It's probably a minor issue -- m_pd.h suddenly isn't found early on in the
build, which is strange because it works without a hitch in 16.10 and
earlier; might be some compiler changes due to 17.04 shipping a later gcc
version maybe? I haven't had the time to look into it yet, sorry.
