My Arch packages don't support ARM right now, because I have no device to
test them on. I plan to buy a RPi3 so that I can do that, but don't hold
your breath yet since I'm busy with other things right now.

That said, for the time being you could just try to use my PKGBUILD from
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/purr-data and massage it a bit for ARM
compilation (add the arm architecture and maybe fiddle a bit with the
compilation options).
