[L2Ork-dev] facing issue in setting up the project

Hello,
I tried building the project according to the guidelines given in the link
https://git.purrdata.net/jwilkes/purr-data#build-guide for windows OS. But
I am getting this error, as shown in the image below, while I ran the make
command. Please guide me in this.
