[L2Ork-dev] $0 Purr and Vanilla difference.

It gets expanded in message boxes in Purr Data/Pd-l2ork for the sake
of convenience.

"$0" is already a really ugly hack to simulate locality in Pd. If it
*additionally* doesn't work in message boxes, then you end up with all
these clumps in your patches like:

|
[$1-whatever(
|
[etc.]
