[L2Ork-dev] Shifting of Dates in GSoC timeline

Hi,

I would like to mention that there has been a change in the timeline from
GSoC. Student application time is still the same but application review
time and bonding period have been extended. I would request you to update
your proposals according to the latest timeline, as it will save not only
yours but also the mentors' time.
