Yes, that project will appear in 2020.

The source code can be found here:

https://git.purrdata.net/jwilkes/purr-data

The GUI code may be found in pd/nw.

The backend code can be found in pd/src.

As currently written that project is quite ambitious. You'll need to
have skills not only
with HTML5 but also with compiling the backend as a webassembly binary
and leveraging the
WebAudio API for audio i/o.

Does that sound like it fits your skillset?
