[L2Ork-dev] How to debug Windows and OSX

So, here's the first debug output from the gdb on Windows when the whole
thing crashes. Still a lot of info missing. It appears to be linked the
preset_hub read() function (where preset_hub reads/writes presets to/from
an external file)...
