[L2Ork-dev] ANN: new version of the old pd-l2ork 1.x branch now available

Inspired by the ongoing GSOC, a new pd-l2ork source includes the following
notable updates:

*updated k12 mode to include mechatronic abstractions (actuators, servos,
solenoids) and supporting documentation (these will be also included in the
Purr-Data port that is currently in progress)
*more Ubuntu 18.04 tkpath fixes to address the 64bit issues that have
caused regressions with tkpath
*addition of the canvas background change in the k12 mode to make it easy
for the new users to distinguish when they are in the edit and perform
modes (when in edit mode, the canvas turns orange)
*inclusion of the latest Gem libraries
*improvement of the tar_em_up.sh script to detect Ubuntu 18.04 or newer
which dubiously draws iemgui fonts larger than previous distros
*Made disis_gpio Raspberry Pi aware to ensure wiringPi does not crash
pd-l2ork in case it does not find a Raspberry Pi
