[L2Ork-dev] next major release

Hi list,

The next release will have a few potentially breaking changes:

* meaning of the argument to [key] will be flipped to make it
consistent with Pd-l2ork 1.0
* the recursion limit will be dropped back to 1000 where it used to be

I doubt these will actually break that many changes in practice, but it's a
possibility. Therefore I'll be changing the major version from 2 to 3.

If there are other breaking changes needed, we should probably do them
in this release.
