[L2Ork-dev] cos~ arg

Hi list,

It appears that katja's double-precision cos~ uses the given
A_DEFFLOAT arg to set the initial phase. Both Purr Data and Pd Vanilla
currently ignore this A_DEFFLOAT.

Is there any reason *not* to use this arg to set the initial phase?
After all, that gives it the same argument interface as "osc~" which
is nice and uniform.

I guess there is an off chance that users could be depending on [cos~
42] to ignore the "42" they typed, but that seems quite obscure.
