[L2Ork-dev] Purr Data 2.4.7 released

Unfortunately valgrind will not run under Stretch on armv7l. I get
this error when trying:

valgrind: m_transtab.c:2459 (vgPlain_init_tt_tc): Assertion
'sizeof(TTEntryC) <= 88' failed.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

That means I cannot run the tests, so CI fails.

However if anybody needs it, I can always compile it manually (or
someone else can and I'll upload it).
