[L2Ork-dev] Purr Data 2.4.7 released

Updated the mirror at https://github.com/agraef/purr-data just now, and the
JGU Arch+Ubuntu packages were updated already yesterday. (Alas, Launchpad
seems to have a major hiccup, my JGU Ubuntu packages have been sitting
there in the build queue since yesterday. Hopefully they'll be ready some
time later today.)

Jonathan, I noticed that there's no armv7l package yet, will you upload
that later?
