True, I agree we shouldn't highlight it too much, but one way or another,
Pd-Vanilla is widely used, even in the puredata.info website, see
https://puredata.info/downloads how pd is marked as the "vanilla"
distribution. So I think it won't hurt to mention in between the lines that
miller distribution is "also known as" Pd-Vanilla
