[L2Ork-dev] two blockers to next Purr Data release

Actually, I have an impending commit to change the externals to the new loadbang interface.
Essentially, the "loadbang" method now takes a single float argument
to determine whether it's a loadbang, initbang, or closebang.  These are
defined as LB_LOAD, LB_INIT, and LB_CLOSE, respectively.
Unfortunately those are defined in g_canvas.h, so I had to go through and
add the "#define" for each external file that has a loadbang.
So we will want to do a bit of testing before the release.  If everything compiles
alright I'll commit soon.

bugfix for the partially ported loadbang/initbang/closebang interface.

Subject: two blockers to next Purr Data release

Ok, it looks like we're almost ready for another bugfix release.
invalid read with iemguis that have "init" checked

Albert and I have worked on the lyonpotpourri bug.  If anyone can
shed some light on the first it would be appreciated.
