[L2Ork-dev] updating cyclone

so, made a major reorganizing and included the purr data version of the
documentation in our repository, next we'll edit the makefile to include
purr data's documentation when building for pd-l2ork, plus so it builds the
old purr data's [scope~] instead of our new one and [comment] doesn't get
built...

we're also in the middle of a couple of fixes we wanna get out of the way
before tagging it the alpha2 version
