It parses the META subpatch and extracts keywords. (It can also extract the methods
and other stuff, but right now I'm only indexing keywords.)

It turns out I'm just indexing the "doc" folder atm, so the external help files aren't
actually included in the search results. So for now I can go ahead and add pd-cyclone,
and I can pull in your [pd META] additions when they are ready.
I need to test the builds manually on Windows, and compare to the old miXed cyclone
to make sure I'm not missing anything. But once that's done I think I can
go ahead and do another release.

Ok, Purr Data now builds with the Purr Data-specific help patches.
But what happened to the [pd META] subpatches? Purr Data/Pd-l2ork
uses that to index the help files in the search engine.
