[L2Ork-dev] updating cyclone

Oh, I'writting the documentation from scratch, and was hoping to re-write
the meta files in a following phase, where I'd be revising all help files
again.

I didn't knoe about a search engine for help files in purr data, how does
it work?

well, if it cannot be included without a [meta], I can add the old meta
files back
