[L2Ork-dev] Purr Data 2.4.4

The github mirror at https://github.com/agraef/purr-data has also been
updated, as well as the JGU Arch and Ubuntu packages (
https://agraef.github.io/purr-data/#jgu-packages). As usual, the JGU Ubuntu
packages are still building on Launchpad, but they should be ready soon.
