2.2.5 - merge the external-tests branch2.2.6 - merge cyclone-update

For maximum sanity, I want to get another test up and running that can actually compare the number of objects
available in _each_ libdir against the number of objects that are expected to be in each libdir.

The current test exhibits some suspicious behavior-- for example, under OSX it reports a different number of
instantiated objects depending on which directory you start Pd. That's really weird-- especially considering that
I don't load any preferences or paths to find the "extra" folder.  I have a feeling that the new tests will reveal a few
more bugs.
Once that test is up and running I'll go ahead and try to bring pd-cyclone in to replace miXed/cyclone.

There's no reason to coordinate like that. Go ahead and release an update.
