[L2Ork-dev] midi not working

MIDI auto-connect is evil, especially with the ALSA MIDI Through devices.
That's why it was removed from vanilla a long time ago [1] and pd-l2ork
followed suit [2].

I'm not sure which vanilla Pd version Antonio is running there and what
kind of audio API he uses, but if he's really using ALSA MIDI and it still
has MIDI auto-connect then it must be an ancient version. :)
