[L2Ork-dev] midi not working

I'm using Pd-l2ork version 20160619 on Ubuntu 16.04 and I've noticed
that midi isn't working. I'm attempting to use a korg nanokontrol 2
and when I change the midi in/out ports it doesn't save them.

I've tried the same device in pd vanilla and it works.

Is anyone else having problems? Is there a fix?
