plus "tempo" setting for [metro] and [delay]

I asked the dev list about a proper changelog to find more stuff... as an
exended 0.42-5 user, I'm also curious about wha't new since 042-6

I know vanilla could eventually get something from extended, so it's kinda
doing the same for pd-l20rk, huh? cool...

so, basically, it depends om miller if he wants to grab something? I guess
I heard delwrite~ in pd-l2ork has a clear message, that'd be awesome to
have in vanilla :P
