[L2Ork-dev] ANN: SEAMUS 2015 -- Call for submissions

It can definitely be a generative work in PD. That said, this conference
requires you to be a SEAMUS member to be able to participate and you do
need to attend the conference to have piece programmed. Hope this helps.
