Hello Albert,

Many thanks for your inputs.
It's a good news that Purr Data is working fine on rPi 4.
Hopefully, it should be the same with the new rPi 400.

Q: I have found on OBS your
        Rapsbian_10 link for downloading
      'purr-data_2.15.2+git4757+2d04705d-1.debian.tar.xz' (as of
03-Nov-2020). Is it the good one?
I also noticed on several forums, some people being lost not
knowing from where to download the latest Purr Data version for
      rPi 4 (Raspberry Pi OS).

Regarding the lousy Audio performance of rPi 4, I will effectively
use an external USB Audio device.
Based on my reading, it seems we need to blacklist the internal
Audio for being able to properly use the external one.
I'm currently using either CSL-1
      or CSL-2
when I need to have a second Audio device under GNU/Linux / ALSA /
JACK2. Both USB devices are directly recognized by the OSes and
they are using the same C-Media HS-100B chipset than your UGreen
      Adapter here below.

Now, I will need to wait at least 4-5 weeks before getting my
Raspberry Pi 400 Kit (AZERTY) as it's currently (already) in stock
      shortage.

Best, Joseph

Last time I tested Purr on the Pi4, it worked fine there.
That was quite some time ago, though (probably around Purr
2.9/2.10), so you'll have to give it a go yourself to see how
well the latest version works there.

The only issue I remember was with the rather lousy
built-in soundcard of the Pi4, which can be overcome with a
cheap external USB audio device (e.g., <a

          device should do the trick).
