The problem was that artifacts were being permanently saved on the<br>
server. This obviously ballooned the state until we ran out of space.<br>
<br>
I've always had a 24-hour period for artifacts to be saved, so I don't<br>
know why this happened. Perhaps I only had that limit on my on repo.<br>
It's now a global limit so it shouldn't be a problem again.<br>
