As reported for Purr Data 2.12.0, in 2.13.0 there is also the same <br>

Okay, now these scrolling bars are transparent, so we can see what is <br>
happening but it's still dangerous, and this requires high attention <br>
from the patcher.<br>

The reason: there is few clickable pixels left between the scrolling <br>
bars sides (right / bottom) and the patch window limits.<br>
