As promised, I am attaching a list of all objects in pd-extended
which start with an upper case letter (in this list, I also wrote
comments when an object is present in pd-extended but not in
pd-l2Ork). I am also attaching a pd patch containing all these
objects if tests are needed.<br>

Most of them could simply be renamed to lower case (and probably
creating a symlink to the upper case version for compatibility
reasons, as some of them are quite popular in pd-extended, such as
cyclone's MouseState, Scope~, Uzi). Some other ones may need more
thinking if they should be renamed as the capitalized letters are
part of an abbreviation, such as objects starting with OSC or ISO.<br>
