<p dir="ltr">Sounds like you don't have all supporting libraries installed, namely tk/tcl libraries. I haven't tried things on Ubuntu 14.04 yet but just to be sure did you install all the supporting libraries as instructed on our software page? It is conceivable that 14.04 may not have tcl/tk 8.5 libraries although I think that is highly unlikely. Just to be sure please try to run the following command and post the resulting output on this list:</p>
