Sorry, no idea. Are you sure that you downloaded and installed the
repository signature per the instructions at
https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=home%3Aaggraef&package=purr-data
?

More details can be found in the wiki at
https://github.com/agraef/purr-data/wiki/Installation#linux.

You can also just download the binary package directly at
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/aggraef/Debian_11/amd64/purr-data_2.17.0+git4829+ca592f6f-1_amd64.deb
and install manually.
