[L2Ork-dev] "purr-data_2.17.0+git4829+ca592f6f-1_arm64.deb" on Raspberry Pi (64-bit)

Well, are you sure that you installed the certificate for the repository
first (the lines starting with echo and curl in the instructions "add
repository and install manually")?

In any case, now that you've already got all the dependencies installed,
you can also just grab the purr-data package (under "grab binary packages
directly"), download it to your computer and install it manually using
dpkg, no?
