[L2Ork-dev] Contributing to PurrData GSoc'21

I copied the files and got a system compatibility error ` ( 0xc000007b )`.
I tried some common fixes like uninstalling and then re-running the setup
file, restarting my system, running the program as administrator, and
checking and fixing disk errors.
