[L2Ork-dev] ANN: first official release of Virginia Tech Pd-L2Ork 2.x now available

I think the install issue is because this is a deb built for Ubuntu 20.04,
not your distro. The other issue is the aforesaid name clashing by the
Purr-Data. You need to build your own. Hope this helps.
