[L2Ork-dev] Debian 11?

Hi,

I just added Debian 11 to the OBS builds, it's currently building (fingers
crossed ;-). Chances are good, though, the builds on Debian Unstable and
Testing have all been going well, so I don't foresee any major hitches on
Bullseye.
