[L2Ork-dev] t_getbytes event

Hi list,

I think there should be a receiver symbol inside t_getbytes. If
there's a receiver bound anywhere in the running instance, it should
send a list with bytes allocated and a running tally. Perhaps the same
for t_freebytes.

I think many people have no idea how often the backend is allocating
memory, so this could be a good debugging tool for a real-time system.
