1. I installed Pd-l2ork-2.9.0 20190416-rev.2b3f27c1 from the sources

2. founded the pd_shortcuts.js

3. modified a copy of it by adding  + "+shift"

     "object": { key: "1", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },
"msgbox": { key: "2", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },
"number": { key: "3", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },
"symbol": { key: "4", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },
"comment": { key: "5", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },
"dropdown": { key: "6", modifiers: cmd_or_ctrl + "+shift" },

4. ****it doesn't work**
