[L2Ork-dev] non-crashing C disis_munger~ (with no args)

Getting this in the windows runner:

disis_munger.o:disis_munger.c:(.text+0x5b12): undefined reference to `random'

I vaguely remember running into a missing "random" under msys2 with
lyonpotpourri
and replacing it with "rand".

I'll try that later this evening, unless someone wants to take a stab
at it earlier. :)
