[L2Ork-dev] non-crashing C disis_munger~ (with no args)

Hi list,
I've got a non-crashing disis_munger~ ported to C:

Since I haven't listened to the output at all, I have no idea
if it actually works or not. I also haven't tested it with args,
so there are a lot of code paths that haven't been tested.

But the main munger_perform routine doesn't crash. So if
anyone want to have a look and report back, please try
it out.
