[L2Ork-dev] Purr in english + dos start

Hi list,

I asked this before, but I can't find it anymore: I don't want purr to
start on my system's language, but in english. I remember the fix to be a
kind of environment setting to put on a batch file, but would it make sense
to put this as a sticky parameter inside the program?

I also notice that when I start purr from the link in the start menu, it
goes ok; but when I start it from a dos window, it takes a long time to
start, and it doesn't close, I have to break the process in the task
manager.
