[L2Ork-dev] pdgui refactor merge almost ready

Hi list,
There is a work-in-progress branch that is almost ready to merge here:

I'm not big on refactoring, but this one was sorely needed. It changes the
entire gui interface to respond to messages from Pd using callbacks. This
will get rid of a number of pesky bugs that can cause the GUI to freeze.

Once the CI is finished, please test. I'm especially looking for any lingering
bugs wrt GOP.

Also, performance should be roughly the same, so let me know if there are
any areas that aren't.
