We must be missing something here. There's just no way that the millions of
RPI users are just shrugging off a defunct valgrind in the stable version of
Raspbian for years now.

Is there a possibility the Rockchip CPU in my Chromebook is hitting that size
limit while the arm chips in the RPI aren't?
