[L2Ork-dev] Query regarding open source contribution

Hello,

        I am a B.Tech. Computer Science Undergrad from Delhi Technological
University.
 I want to start to contribute to one of your project idea "Navigation of
'Wireless' Objects" as a part of GSOC, 2018.
Can you please guide me about the resources and path to contribute? Also I
want to propose this project for GSOC, so kindly help me.
