Probably $0 could be shoved into the t_messresponder.

binbuf_eval takes it as its target parameter so it could be
fetched back out there. But there'd need to be a parameter
added to binbuf_realizedollsym.

I can see that [swap 1] is faster in Purr Data, but I'm not seeing
a huge difference will simple tests.
