Not sure how you're doing it, I was hoping we could have a single makefile
upstream that would work for both, but this is important, let me point it
out.

I've done things in a way that you only need to change the folder for help
files and abstractions;

# datafiles = \

# $(wildcard documentation/purr_help/*.pd) \ # instead of
documentation/help_files/*.pd

# $(wildcard documentation/purr_help/abs_GUI/*.pd) \ # instead of
cyclone_src/abstractions/*.pd

 all others should be the same

$(wildcard documentation/extra_files/*.*) \

LICENSE.txt \

README.txt \
