[L2Ork-dev] deb for debian 8/9

[Jean-Christophe Sekinger]

each time I tried to compile it, I obtained a 13.8Mb deb

I have all the dependancies (I think) and theres is a huge number of 
"warnings" during the compilation, but no "error"
