Ok, here's a first pass at fluid.c (attached)

Seems to build ok (just needs -lfluidsynth and path to m_pd.h)
Haven't tested whether it actually works or not.

Perusing the help file, it doesn't appear that any of those procs are needed

Btw-- I haven't gotten flext to successfully build on either OSX or Windows.  That's one of the reasons I'd like to drop it as a dependency.

Sounds good to me. I'll miss fluid~, but I can live without it.
