[L2Ork-dev] MIDI bugs and fixes

Laurent, your patch is much better as it addresses the core problem,
whereas mine was more of a bandaid. I will be taking your patch and
committing it. What is curious, however, is that the patch was accepted,
according to sourceforge, yet the bug persists in vanilla...
