Ok, then we should be good, since one of the dependencies of libfftw3-3
*is* auto-detected, so that's apparently the one that pd-l2ork links to.
(I'm not doing anything special with the configury, the build just runs
tar_em_up.sh).

I'm currently adding some missing build dependencies of Gem, per IOhannes's
post, and getting rid of the hard-coded shlib deps. After another round of
tests on both Xenial and Trusty it should hopefully be good to be merged.
