You only need to go to Albert's launchpad found at:

https://launchpad.net/~dr-graef/+archive/ubuntu/pd-l2ork.trusty (for Trusty)
https://launchpad.net/~dr-graef/+archive/ubuntu/pd-l2ork.xenial (for Xenial)

And from there follow the instructions to add the repository and simply 
install pd-l2ork the usual way:

sudo apt-get install pd-l2ork.

This should install pd-l2ork, gem, and bunch of other libraries.
