[L2Ork-dev] keyboard GUI for pd-l2Ork

Hello all,

I created three abstractions for Pd-l2Ork which are interactive and 
clicable MIDI keyboards. They can take MIDI data in (useful for 
visualizing what is being input), but they also output MIDI data from 
mouse clicks. They come in three sizes (1, 3 or 5 octaves), and can be 
transposed. The patches and subpatches are a bit messy, but they do seem 
to be working fine.
